Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial construction projects. This individual will manage all aspects of construction from pre-construction planning through final completion and turnover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to lead residential, commercial and industrial development projects from pre construction through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and site personnel, with a commitment to safety, quality, fostering relationships and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and scopes.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct site visits and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, inspections, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on progress, risks, and solutions.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction project management.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• PMP certification or similar is a plus.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
